Meet Judy Milton

I live in the waterfront town of Edmonds, Washington with my husband, Milty and our dog, Emma. We are surrounded by family, and are so blessed to enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest. My grandson, Austin, is my greatest gift and joy.

Yoga has been healing and transformational for me, during a difficult period, as I process grief, trauma, and the death of my son, Josh. Finding my voice, it led me to RYT/200 hr. teacher training, as well as other certifications to round out my interests and experience. The liberation of a beautiful yoga practice is life changing. It helped me find my purpose.

With everything opening up again, I want to introduce/reintroduce myself as we emerge into the light, once more. The pandemic pause allowed me an opportunity to focus on my own practice in an intensive 14-month program with Seane Corn. Her holistic approach to processing the emotion, stress, and anxiety of the past year has been so inspiring. I experienced a breakthrough of my own, in December. It was incredible. My intention is to create community, where we find strength, release, and peace together, as a collective. Align with Spirit. Joyfully. Heal ourselves, the planet, and each other. I will meet you where you are at.

My influences are woven into the classes to inspire, encourage, and support you on your yoga journey. We are coming out of the year-long pause, and are in need of a grounded, but illuminating practice. Classes include yoga teachings, traditions, pranayama, meditation, rituals, mantra, and crystals. We will breathe, receive, ground, center flow, restore, and balance. It's an honor to guide you, create sacred space, and hold that space for you.

Offerings include group classes (outdoors, safely in-person, and live stream), private sessions, and workshops.

Grateful for every aspect of this incredible, unpredictable life, with all of the blessings and lessons, I find continued healing with compassion and grace.

See you on the mat. Namaste!
